No specific reason is required for celebration...

We get new energy to live life with celebrations...

Everyone has a different way to celebrate...

The way I celebrate may be different from others...

In celebration the way is not important...

But the 'end result' is important...

Satisfaction after celebration should give you strength...

Celebrate not only when you win...

But celebrate failure...

Keep it in mind...

Celebration after failure is for the efforts that you put in...

And take strength again to fight...

Changes make Life Beautiful

Change is really a very interesting process..

When we take decision of any change...

It starts with a lot of hopes, expectations...

It targets at bringing difference in life...

It is an ongoing process...

At the first when we think about change...

We refuse or say no to change...

Because we are used to the existing system...

And we don't want to shift to new...

It may be because it bring unlearning and learning...

Or because of our laziness...

Then we start thinking about the end results...

We take advice from many people...

We check each possibility of success and failure...

Final we convince ourselves...

That change is good...

Then change starts...

Old systems go into scrap or modified...

We come to know the drawbacks of old system...

And finally we are prepared to accept change...

All these thoughts touched my mind....

While I was changing template for the blog...

It is nice to have a change...

I wanted change but it took time to convince myself...

Same is applicable to all around us...

We want to bring a change...

But most important thing is change with least injuries...

Convince about the change...

Change is always for good...

"Life is beautiful" learn to accept necessary changes...

and Enjoy the change...

Are good thoughts running in your mind???

The fear,  "Am I looking odd in crowd?" captures our mind...

And One day we get lost in this crowd...

We can't even find out 'What was different in Us?'

So next time... before behaving like the crowd...

You Are Wonderful

The following story captured my heart.

It happened several years ago in the Paris opera house.

A famous singer had been contracted to sing, and ticket sales were booming. In fact, the night of the concert found the house packed and every ticket sold.

The feeling of anticipation and excitement was in the air as the house manager took the stage and said, "Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for your enthusiastic support. I am afraid that due to illness, the man whom you've all come to hear will not be performing tonight. However, we have found a suitable substitute we hope will provide you with comparable entertainment. "

The crowd groaned in disappointment and failed to hear the announcer mention the stand-in's name. The environment turned from excitement to frustration. The stand-in performer gave the performance everything he had.

When he had finished,there was nothing but an uncomfortable silence. No one applauded.

Suddenly, from the balcony, a little boy stood up and shouted, "Daddy, I think you are wonderful!!!"

The crowd broke into thunderous applause.

We all need people in our Lives who are willing to stand up once in a while and say, I think you are wonderful. And at times others are expecting this from you.

Are you telling them how wonderful they are . . .??????????
